Teaser **PICS** Engine build/ST/Clutch/etc

Car is pretty much done @ Genesis Racing and Development in Naperville, IL (GRD). The experience has been great and I'm really looking forward to breakin in the new motor! GRD has been excellent with updates and communication and I can't believe it's getting done as fast as it is. I will probably pick up the car later this week...more pics and details later on! Goal right now is to MAX out the APS single turbo do its limit. Stage one is complete and after tuning, hopefully I can get the car to the low to middle 400's. Next spring (stage II), I will invest in a better EMS and fuel system, then.. let's see if we can get to 500rwhp or more... stay tuned!

a few teasers!!!

APS designed an " internally divorced wastegate" for the single turbo.

btw, those who have heard the APS wastegate sux, it was a problem with the actuator (really lose spring), so the early models could not hold up boost. Since then, APS has corrected that problem.

There are a ton of fast Z's in the Chicago. My friend Brian's APS TT Z ran 11.68 on DRs and will probably run a few tenths faster due to the work he has done on the suspension. He adjusted his camber and bought hardened axles, so he can run slicks. There is also a black Z with a built motor that Brian is friends with that puts down some sick numebers.

Synth, turn up the boost. 500 whp isn't breaking a sweat for your setup. 600 whp should be your goal

On the single turbo, I doubt I can get it that high. Besides, my goal is around 500rwhp. I still want to be able to drive this car on the street.

With all these fast cars on the street, I need to step up my game. Kenne Bell might be getting a call pretty soon and a prescription for 450-475whp will be issued

Looks great... it's like you're getting a new car... first the bodywork, then the engine and wheels

Gauges IN!

First of all, my oil temp hasnt arrived yet... so GRD installed my wideband in the third pod location temporarily. Once the oil temp comes in, I'll move the innovate to a single pod on the A-Pillar. Here are some pics:

are you going to move the A/F guage to a single pod on the pillar once your other Saga guage comes in?
