I got this one wrong:
12. When you tailgate other drivers (drive close to their rear bumper):
<input name="q12" value="A" type="radio"> A. You can frustrate the other drivers and make them angry
<input name="q12" value="B" type="radio"> B. Your actions cannot result in a traffic citation
<input name="q12" value="C" type="radio"> C. You help reduce traffic congestion
I picked B

18. When you approach a traffic signal displaying a steady yellow light, you must:
A. Go through the intersection before it turns red
B. Stop if it is safe to do so
C. Be prepared to stop
D. Slow down and proceed with caution
This one the claim stop if it is safe to do so but that is definately incorrect as yellow means slow down and proceede with caution and be prepared to stop. If they wanted you to stop they would put a red flashing light there

Missed the fog lights and the turn signal distance.
The fog lights question is pretty lame... I guess ONLY fog lights gives it away. Trick question imo :P
I can't believe some states actually had 70 average...

If you going 55mph and you're 20 feet from a light when it turns yellow it's obviously not safe to lock up your brakes and go skidding across the intersection to try and stop, but if you can stop under normal breaking when a light goes yellow you're supposed to.
If not you proceed through with caution.

8. You may pass on the right of another vehicle when:
A. When traveling on a multi-lane highway carrying two or more lanes of traffic in the same direction
B. The other vehicle is making or about to make a left turn, when a lane is provided to pass on the right
C. Both answers are correct
I answered B. Correct answer is C, which I think is BS. If the question stated it was 3 lanes or more, then I'd agree, but the question stated 2 lanes or more. That means that you can pass cars who are in the passing lane from the slow lane. That is not correct. So in my mind I got a 100%

I also got snagged on the yellow light question. The one that stumped me the most was the pedestrian in the non-crosswalk. I said drive around them slowly... considering it's an illegal crossing I would think that you just proceed around them... kind of like cabbies do in Vegas an NYC. Oh well.

....I agree with the BS factor on that question (eventthough I got it right
). On the autobahn you are only allowed to pass on the left lane, which is the way it should be here. Peeps shouldn't be cruising in the left lane. It is for passing only. Period.

Peds always have the right of way, whether they're crossing legally or not.

which is definitely a
@ the Yield sign being a diamond. It's most definitely a triangle.

- Just slipped my mind.
