The MDX w/nav is a good choice...but from the three I would go with the RX330. The FX has Horrible blind spot in the rear and the ride is pretty rough. Interior is cheap IMO (when compared to the RX330. Lexus is very reliable and the ride quality is top notch. The MDX is nice but the interior isnt that great, still reminds me of the typical honda dash.

Cliff Notes: My vote is for the RX330!!!!

Yugo.

Seriously go with the Lexus. The re-sale value is super great, service is EXCELLENT. Maintainance prices are not to friendly (but either are they on the MDX).

Go with the Lexus, I liked it inside and out. The MDX would come second.

Off topic: how much for your S2K, I have a friend who is in the market for one.

well I have relatives with a rx300 and a mdx from these two cars I liked the rx300. Very smooth, nicer sound system, and interior felt warmer and more luxurious. This is just my take, hope it helps you.

Go with the Porsche SUV. They just lowered the price this year, and you still get the porsche engineering in an SUV!!! mad crazy stuff.

Go with the RX330. Unless you need a 3rd row, I honestly don't know why someone would pick the MDX over it. IMO, the interior shames the MDX's, and it's relatively roomy without being as bulky as the MDX.

I love the RX330, the MDX has never really appealed to me, and the FX is too small for me, the driving position was unomfortable when I looked at one. Plus Lexus service and Toyota reliability, you can't beat that combo!

MDX=boring

Go take a look at the touareg. (however ya spell it) Volkswagen's SUV. night and day nicer than all of the SUV's listed. Although tghe FX is pretty pimp. I drove one a few months back and I loved it. But the VW is a lot nicer...

Out of the three on your list, I'd take the Lexus RX330.

go for the FX45. made in japan. great handling for a suv. stock 20" rims. intelligent key.

rx330 only if you're a pussy.

mdx is about to be redesigned in a year or two, honda tranny and brakes suck.

Wow - the S2000's ride beat you up so bad you're going soft to the opposite extreme.

Although I'm partial to Acura's, I drove the MDX and it was boorinngg - just a minivan without the sliding doors - did someone say soccer mom?

The RX330 is a great choice - if you're a chick!

But if you still walk around with balls attached, check out the new Nissan Pathfinder or Toyoya 4Runner. I have Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and although it looks great, black on black leather, and the V8 absolutely rips, the quality still isn't there.

Lastly, I don't think you can go wrong in the Infiniti FX - it doesn't look like a soccer mom mobile or a redneck truck - loos damn cool and they sound damn cool too.

Good luck on your purchase!

Even the FX35 fully loaded is a great car. However a fully loaded Murano would be a better deal in that case but it seems you want to go upscale.

Can't believe the RX is getting most of the love.

That caddy is ug on the outside, regardless of the inside or service

I wouldn't buy another Acura b/c of the quality and service, so I wouldn't get the MDX.

I like the Lexus SUVs a ton, great interior, awesome service too. I like the FX tho b/c it looks better (meaner) and the V8 is QUICK! Low 15s stock, and you know V8s respond well to mods. The Murano might be a cheaper option, but it's just like the caddy - the FX looks soo much better. Friend of mine's wife went from a Jetta to a Toureg, it's awesome too! Def worth a look.

in all honesty, i found all the new suvs to be dreadful.
New jeep, hideous! and ive been through 5 jeeps in the past 5 years, i love them. (2 leased in my family at ALL times)
the new pathfinder is terrible
fx is weird
mdx is too bland

i actually only really like the QX4. but its too popular on the road, and has pretty much looked the same for 7 years
