I finally saw the 04 TL Concept in person and I have to honestly say that it looks pretty good. Yea it might look like a TSX on steroids but the TSX is not that bad to look at in the first place. Where the TSX looks kind of feminine, the 04 TL looks like it is going to kick somebody's a$$. Here are the pics:

The side markers looks kind of "BMWish". The tail end definately resembles a new Civic (YUCK!). I like the cross drilled rotors, but I am sure Honda is not going to equip them on the production models

The new TL is somewhat of a disappointment to me.

The wheels are cheap copies of 99 328I with the Sport Package. Lack of imagination Wonder what the HP will be like?

 

YOu all can say what you want, but I love the way it flows in the last pic, it looks like it is moving when its standing still. It is a stretch from the conservative Honda we know.

In its state right now it doesn't look bad at all. I can't wait to see the actual production model along with some interior shots.

 

i love it! it's sharp. looks much better than anything else new coming out. like the maxima...

 

I like the wheels and the way the side marker integrates with that body cut line. I like the front. The rear would look better if they split the tailight with an upper white section, ala the 03's. I bet the wheel arches wont be that agressive and neither will the Brembo package be offered, even as an option. I hope the interior remains classy and not gimmicky like the "gay"tezza.

 

I tried to make it a CL... but I suck at the clone tool.

 

Looks good JROCK....overall after seeing it in person, i would say it looks better in pics then in person, it was nothing to special to me, but thats just my opinion.

Great job with the pictures. Compared to what most people have taken, your pics really show off the aggressive lines that the TL Concept has. I didn't even realize how aggressive they looked till I looked at your pics. Can't wait to see the car in person on Friday. I definitely like.

 

i agree, i didn't think it was too special in person either most likely due to the tsx looking almost the same.

 

Can't wait to see 04 TL, 03 Accord, and 04 TSX parking side by side.

Where have you been? the European Accord is the Acura TSX in the USA ... People have already said that the new TL looks very similar to the TSX in terms of styling. Spyshots of the new RL suggest it will have similar headlights as well. This is the "image" that Acura wants to put out I guess, kindof like how BMWs all look similar so you can pick them out easily.
