Is this street legal?? I thought the CLK GTR was a track car... but I like the graphics on the hood of the car... Maybe it will look good on my TSX
Some eye candies:
Honda representin with the NSX.....
This picture was taking immediately before a race between the TVR and the Elise. Not sure what's up with the racing stripes.... kinda ugly imo Where's the driver in the Elise, btw??
Came across these pics on an alumni's page. Apparently these pics were taken in HK recently.

I bought an Acura because it's reliable, and I bought a TSX specifically because I liked the sense of style and sophistication it brought to the road. I'm not a modder, so mine will be staying mostly stock (a few things I'd like to change; the recent fury about replacing the door/dome lights has me intrigued, but I'll be going with white), and I'm planning on moving my homebrew yet top-notch MP3 player from my pathfiner. People that do things like that (in the images above) to the cars obviously have more money than brains.

I always did like the TVR and the Elise. Tasty cars those are. Althgouh in a surprising move, the US variant of the Elise is going to be more kick ass the the Euro version. Suh-weet.

That is most likely Hong Kong.
And I dont think the CLK-GTR is street legal, hence the special license plate But Merc did made a street version of the race car tho.

Yes, the CLK-GTR is the most undrivable street-legal version of a racecar. It's street-legal for sure in Europe, but it probably wouldn't be in Canada if it didn't have DRLs.

It's the street-legal version of CLK-GTR. Look at the side mirrors and rims.

No I didn't take these pics, I just found them from a site of an alumni of mine. She took these pics during her recent visit in HK. Wish I was there so that I can ask the owner of the CLK GTR for a test drive

Ok, so the mirrors look like it's for a street car version, but I thought the race car had the same rims (but not the tires, of course)? What about the graphics? Maybe it's a sponsored street car?? I don't think anyone would do that to their car if it wasn't for the free parts or $$

I believe the race-version CLK-GTR used BBS rims. This OZ is used on road-version and CLK-DTM. But well, whoever is rich enough to afford a car like, swapping rims seems cheap to him.
The only thing puzzles me is the spoiler. The lower trunk lip (well, not a trunk actually) is not adjustable as is in race-version. But the road car doesn't come with a GT wing.
And sponsor graphics belongs to actual race too.
Anyways, it's a rice out CIVIC

I think this is what it originally looked like: (25 in the world, 2 in HK)

Seems like the rich dude spend money to put on the 'sponsor graphics' to ruin the 1 out of 2 CLK GTRs in HK
Anyone up for a Carrera GT for $5,800,000hkd ($753,246 USD)?
