Yeah, you're right, it's superfluous crap. Still, it's not nearly as bad as some of the balloons on this forum.

Any idea what's under that hood?

I agree. That shit looks nasty. It ruins the beauty of the Z. I prefer stock form.

damn.. the definition of RICE has gone down hill... do you ee stickers??? Stripes??? or anything that isn't Kosher???

A skirt kit does NOT make a car RICE...
A set of rims does NOT make a car RICE...

so a custom job is done and you think its RICE... why?

i think what he meant to say is that he (stillen) is ruining the clean lines of the Z. but it definately isn't rice. just tacky IMO.

That is definitely not rice... but I agree with those who said that the clean lines of the Z are lost. It's not horrible... actually... if they just cleaned up the front a little it wouldn't be too bad....

Needs different rims, and LOSE the grill...

The only thing I don't like about the stock one's is the wheel gap...

Good rims could REALLY set this car off...

I agree with you Casper, it's just another example of how the word rice has no meaning anymore. Basically if a car is modded and someone doesn't like, they call it rice.

Maybe Soopa's & my perception of rice differs from some people here... Ricey doesn't need stickers, large wings, ect... it could also mean tacky & overdone...

I just thought Stillen (a reputable company) w/ true racing background could have done better, something similar to Nismo...

They made the front end of that 350Z look like a ford focus.
