What is a "bogus" ticket? You really were not doing whatever it was and they pulled you over for no reason?

Or is it that you just want to cry because you got cought?

i was speeding but i was flowing with the traffic. i know its illegal anyway. then he started looking in my car for no reason whats so ever and but me in his car in cuffs. i was doing 80 in a 55 which is at what speed almost everyone drives. didnt find nothing and wrote me 5 tickets.

 

Man you suck at telling stories. So the 80 in a 55 is not bogus, its WELL over the posted speed limit, what were the other 4 "bogus" tickets? Did you have illegal tint on there and he ticketed you for each window?

Sounds to me like you probably needed an attitude adjustment, and got one.

When I had my 03 CLS I was driving without a mandatory front tag. The trooper pulls me over and asks why I don't have it on and I told him that (all of this is true) one screw was missing and it was causing the bracket to chip the thin ass Honda paint off my ride. I offered to get out and show him exactly what I meant but he ordered me to sit in the car, he looked at the bumper, came back and wrote me a ticket. It wasn't a big deal to get a ticket, it's just that they're so unforgiving.

My friend is a city cop and he told me that troopers in MD are slowly being phased out and that they're bored as hell. They're pretty much confined to the highway as counties get their own local enforcement setup, so when they pull you over they wanna make it count.

 

i know i was speeding, but going with the traffic flow. i did have my windows tinted at 5% but when the cop pulled me over i rolled them down. eventually they will catch me for my tint but i dont really car. makes the car look 100000x better. i was only mad at the bogus ones he gave me and on the ticket it said that he didnt have any video proof which my lawyer say that i will only be fined for speeding. and since then i have drastically reduced my speed. cost to much time and money for going a bit faster.

My guess, since you keep ignoring the question, is that they weren't all that bogus.

I'm thinking that you went smart ass and got ticketed and tossed in the cruiser and were cited for various infractions stemming from your "attitude" and/or actions. Am I close?

i was blasting my music. i was coming back from the 8-17-08 chicago meet.

before i could say anything he was searching me and threw me in the cruiser and told me to wait.
1- improper lane usage- dont know what it means
2- didnt use my turn signal when changing lanes.- i was already in the far right hand lane and used and let my signal stay on when i went to the should
3- driving on the should- saw the cop behind me and with lights on so i pulled over and drove for about 40 or so feet.
4- cant remember what this one was, have to check my "ticket booklet"

 

I started laughing as I read but "bullsheet" was the part that just put me over the top!



Tough luck either way to the dude with the "bogus" tickets, if you honestly behaved politely and courteously. Not all cops are dicks and not all of them are that great either. Sometimes you'll go to McDonalds and find a hot chick at the register who'll grab the ranch, ketchup and extra napkins for you with a smile and seem like she'd go down on you if you insisted good enough. Or you could get some guy who seems cool, but actually is a prickwad and he'll tell the guy flipping burgers to hock a loogie in your Big Mac just because he didn't like how you looked.

Maybe you really did get dealt 2 7 offsuit. Sucks for you, but hey, there's 2 sides to every story and the only side we're hearing is your side.

 

i know not all cops are dicks, most of them just check out my car and tell me to be careful or they give me a minor ticket.
