I'm in the market for a new car and come across deals like this on a daily basis. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM have been too good to be true....
I saw a M-B CL55 for $26,000 two weeks ago, wrote the guy an email, and sure enough, he was from Nigeria or some shit and wanted me to wire him a deposit, three days later I send someone an email about an M-B S500 AMG and I got pretty much the same email...yeah, nice try....
There are too many "deals" like this out there to even count.
Write him an email, but be very careful about how you proceed, or you will get fucked
When you get an email back saying the guy is out of the country and wants a deposit wired to him, tell him to F-off and report him to ebay for fraud, they will close down the auction for that car.

Reminds me of the S2000 I wanted... it was located 20 miles from me.. and it was a scam sadly. It even had a legit VIN

The VIN would indicate it was made in Mexico. I'm sure DC has a plant down there, but I'd at least expect them to make Rams in the US.
