Just spotted my first GT-R in the wild! Black with looks like 19" black rims. I was sitting at an EZ Mart and it came flying through the intersection. He was getting on it and damn, exhaust sounded good.
Sorry for bad picture, it was in a hurry. Photoshoppers feel free to edit and blow it up where it won't be blurry. Then we can check out the rims more!



Right after this, got on the interstate and seen a 2008 Mustang GT with a sweet lip spoiler. Then right after it came a 2009 Lincoln MKS in a beautiful pearl white color. They actually look pretty good! Then 2009 Audi S6 in pearl white too. S6 was beautiful!

 

all this in arkansas! well at least you got pics so no one starts calling

Or, since they all appeared to be Gun Metal in color, it could've been the same one 3 times.

I'm not really too sure on the looks either. It looks alot better in person, but it flew by going like 900mph so I didn't get that good of a look. lol Camera on the BlackBerry works pretty quick. I took the picture out of my car window too, I didn't know my windows were that clear...

Can't believe that no one caught that I wasn't at EZ Mart. Because the EZ Mart is across the street. I guess it was Exxon?

 

drove one the other night at work (valet).... car is an absolute beastttt

 

They really aren't as impressive in person as I thought they would be. They aren't eyesore, but it's just kinda 'meh' for me.

i was surprised by how big it was. i thought it was tim burton's batmobile.

 

Saw one in Jersey sometime in the fall. I agree that it isn't as impressive in person.

I was busy looking at the green grass and barely noticed the GT-R

 

lol You guys are right, there are NO nice cars in Arkansas. There are nice ones, but nothing that makes people stare. The only luxury car dealership we have is Mercedes-Benz. And it shares the dealership with Nissan.

Besidest the GT-R, there is only one other car that you would consider "high-performance." Its a silver 2007-08 Porsche 911 that is driven by a girl. She is a therapist and her office is about two blocks from where I saw the GT-R. Her's maybe?

Back to the GT-R, the more I look at it, the more I don't like it. They are indeed nice and unique, but the design just doesn't draw me to it. I think the 2009 Honda Accord Coupe is sexier than the GT-R. G37c and Altima Coupe are both better lookers, IMO.

 

Here's some shots when I went to the Nissan dealer. The car is impressive in person.







And the pavement was at a tilt, not me.

 

The rear of the GT-R is nice, but the front is ordinary to me. Looks like the same overall front shape of the 350, 370z and G37 coupe.

 

Meh, they're all over the place here. My neighbor has a gray one and one of my colleagues has a silver one. Just as fugly in person as in the mags

this is an optical illusion, this car most likely has 24"s or bigger

you have to remember how big the GT-R is, look at it dwarf that Sequoia behind it.

 

The SUV on the other side of the GT-R is a Ford Escape/Mercury Mariner, def. not Toyota Sequoia.

Plus, the GT-R is turning right, the Escape/Mariner is going straight and is stopped. They are a good 20 feet away from each other...

 

MMC Racing has one along with a 09 TSX.
