Countyline Dragway just opened this weekend. It's in Miami-dade. Hell of a lot closer then Moroso. However it's crap. It's 1/8th mile & has no timing. Just a stretch of road, with 2 lanes & a tree.
$20 to race $10 to watch. Rip off as well.

It built on the remains of some old airport that was there, I'm not sure exactly where it is, I can't seem to find a website for the track.
But I guess it's a start. People seem to think it will cut down on the illegal drag racing problem the Miami area has. I doubt that.

 

Yeah I heard about it on the radio this morning. Some 4000 people showed up this weekend for the opening. Maybe when they see it gets more popular they will add more things. But of course that would mean more topay to get in. lol..
