Judging by the large number of Zhigulis and Ladas on the road I would say this little video was filmed in Russia or thereabouts, nice driving though (not that this is even remotely legal)

They are cars made in Russia and Poland. For many years Ladas were based on the Fiat 124. Zhigulis were also based in part on older Fiat derived platforms.They were never exported to America however if you remember the Yogo it was also a car based on older an older Fiat platform. There are quite a few brand names in the world not sold in the USA.
