Long story short: E150 van + miata = -Miata

Just bought this yesterday.

It's a 2012 Grabber Blue V6 Premium/Pony/Comfort Manual with 19k miles on it. I paid 22 OTD

I was very surprised by the power and fit+finish in this car. All the interior panels fit very flush and the seats feel great. Sync is by far one of the most simple systems to use IMO.

I plan on installing Hood spears, pony projection lamps and getting some all weather mats and maybe some SVT springs.

Those E150's are tough to collide with, just ask the deer who blindsided me tonight. Killed the deer and put a nice dent in the work van door along with a lovely splatter of feces along the door from the instant deer death.

i averaged 29.5 on the way home. im averaging 24 mpg today with a few flogs

 

None of my imports were incredibly reliable. This new mustang is very stout and the duratec is a proven engine.

it doesn't feel faster than my TL in 1st and 2nd gear but 3rd pulls like no other.

i've owned the car for 3 days now and BMW drivers will not let me drive in peace. Is there some sort of rivalry between 5 series drivers and mustangs? :rollseyes:

 

Import drivers have messed with domestic drivers and vice-versa for decades. Nothing new really.
