Small fun with a 328i and M300

Tonight, I Went to pick up some stuff when I merged onto the HW, I saw a BMW 328i just passed by left side at 65-75 followed by an M300 flying at 85+. As my engine is still cold I did not push it hard. I just followed those couple. M300 just went fast ahead of the 328 and both took the same exit that I have to take. Cool, I said. This exit is a high speed exit that makes a high speed 90 degree turn and goes one way only overpassing the main HW. Something like a P.

First, Both the M300 and 328 did not slow even at 70-80! so I decided to join the fun and took the exit and the turn at 65.. ho ho ho the roll was scary and since It was around 32 or less I chickened out and did not push it more. I was afraid I could hit some black ice and smack the rails!

I followed Until we came to stop light. Then tig tagging up 55 in 40 and here I reached my destincation. Both kept their friendly racing.

lessons I learned:

1) Take your car to a track crossing field and push your CLS to the limit, so you discover its limits

2) Springs and Sways are my first upgrade, followed by new 18" wheel and nice rubber.

3) Finally, Headers and CAI are to be considered if I am not broke by then
