yea its one of the new "Hollywood" styles of filming... quite entertaining. I wonder if sarlacc23 could shed some light on this technique, or rather, this artform.

I think at most tracks once you go under that time they will require additional “non stock” safety devices.
Stuff like 5-Point harnesses, roll bars, fuel pump cutoff switch & such.

freakin huge ass headache after watching two races of this clip! what's wrong with that idiot cameraman?? wow. that was painful. awesome SL beating a bunch of mustangs but if the guy can afford an SL plus all those mods, he needs to smack his friend and get himself a real cameraman.

Once you start cutting sub-12s, most track force you to have a roll bar and a helmet. Harnesses help too.

....and sub-13s for verts I think.

Man!! Even given the cameraman's apparent battle with Parkinsons's Disease, that was one of the BEST race videos I've ever seen. Only the more hard core drag strip cars had something for that MB.

Don't forget that this one has more then 604HP. According to the Renntech website, the ECU upgrade (which cost $6,800) on the SL65 ups the power to 670HP and 840lbs-ft of torque!
