Sickest exotic I've seen so far...

So I work in North Scottsdale, Arizona. It's a REALLY exclusive area where on a daily basis I see Lambos, Ferraris, Bentleys, etc. So today I'm heading into work to do some freelance stuff (shhh, the boss isn't supposed to know!) and look what I end up seeing. I have to say out of all the untouchable exotics I've seen around here, this has been by far my favorite. You know only a true enthusiast would own/drive this around. I am still keeping my eye out for a Venron though.

Check it out...

Yesterday, I was at a Boston Acura dealership picking up my TSX which was in for warranty work. I pulled in and what do I see but a GT3. Out gets a mid 30's guy and walks right into the showroom. I walk in to go to the service department and what do I see but the GT3 guy looking at a brand new TL-S. I was dying to know if he was just going to drop the cash and buy it right then and there.

What a car to look at. I can't even imagine driving in it...

I think it's a good thing it has GT3 plastered all over it in bright red, otherwise it looks just like any other Porsche.

The GT3RS is a pretty hardcore track machine. It's completely wild. Nice spotting. I would take the less edgier GT3 in white instead.

I think the coolest part about it was the roll cage. The guy driving it was older, probably in his 50s, and I think the Porsche Cayane S in the side mirror was following him to the dealership.

That is one of the reasons that I played the Big Game last night. That is also the biggest reason that I am dissappointed that I didn't match a single number. :shakehead

Sorry, I know it's a great car, but the red decals, wheels and wing are off-putting. Looks like a matchbox toy.

And I'm with srika, 911's - no matter what incarnation, are not "exotic".

Jeezus, you guys are tough. Okay, maybe exotic wasn't the right wording, but come on, how often do you see a freaking GT3 RS driving down the road? I never went crazy over seeing them in mags either but to see one in person is a whole different story.

Im thinking is some exotic gonna drive by or something? like, waiting for something to happen.. then I noticed it was a video and I was like , Im sure some Enzo or CGT or something flies by all the cars real fast or something. But, it didn't.

This is really weird...I have never seen a GT3RS on the road. I was reading the thread this morning and next thing I see on my bike ride down to Williamstown is a black/orange GT3 RS go past me.

A beautiful car. One of the few cars I think I'd drive any color combination and not care that it was hyper yellow or baby shit green. The base retail price is $177k, but apparently they are going for $30-40k over that...

That's crazy! Well, in another odd coincidence, I got my new Road & Track yesterday and guess what car they do a test on? Yep, GT3. For those who say it's not an exotic, I don't know, $150k +, 0-60 in 3.9 and 1/4 mile in 12.1 seconds. Sounds pretty exotic to me.

Damn that car is crazy! My Neighbor has the new 997 GT3, and his friend came by yesterday with an orange and black GT3 RS. That was nuts!!

For some reason I like the older look still.. like the Porsche GTStreet model behind this one.

Saw another rare Porsche today at Chick-Fil-A of all places. It was a white Porsche Gemballa Biturbo GT 500. I've never even heard of one let alone seen one before. 500 horsepower and 0-60 in just 3.8 seconds.

I hate where I work.
