should I trade my car out?

I have a 01 CL type S. I've been wanting something more sporty and less luxury. Does anyone think it would be worth a 93-95 supra. I was hoping for one with a single turbo, but might have to settle for NA. S2000s look fun but the size of them turn me off. What do you think would be a good trade?

my mods are:
AEM intake
headers
UR crank pulley

He's looking at Supra's and S2000's and you recommend a TSX?

Supra's are fantastic cars. However, going back that far, you could run into issues with heavily modified cars. I knew a guy with a 600 rwhp Supra, he broke almost every part in the driveline twice.

yeah I saw a guy on a car forum looking to trade out his blown 2001 s2000 for a CL or TL. I was thinking about it. he's got dyno charts showing 300 some odd whp.

Hmmmm used Supra's are pricey man. Those cars are completely different than an S2k. I can guarantee you the S2k will be more fun. I've driven about 3 Supras, one close to 400 whp and they are heavy pigs. Nothing beats lighweight and visceral!! If you're still going with a Supra, though get a turbo. The N/A's are pricey and the cost to get them to a turbo usually is not worth it. On the other hand, if you want to work with the stock N/A motor, its fine. The blocks are pretty much the same minus the piston oil squirters and several have gotten over 600whp out of the stock N/A block. As far as blown S2ks go; I have no idea! Good luck

If he will settle for an NA Supra at least go for an SC300, most of the times they sell cheaper then NA Supra's and they're much nicer inside.

two options you guys forgot:
350Z- it's a fun car that competes with a S2K
and
RX-8- 10,000 RPMs from a rotor motor

350z is pretty heavy but torquey, and looks great IMO

RX-8 revs to 9000rpms, and has a ROTARY motor. However it has so-so low end torque.
