Which should I have gotten in 2002 for a new car?

I wish I could have gone back and made a different decision than I did. I bought a '97 M3 Coupe instead, and wound up wasting a lot of money on repairs. Right now, I'm trying to save money, and I bought an '06 Accord EX 4-cylinder 5-speed. Between the M3 and the Accord, I had an '00 S2000, and a '99 Camry for the winter. The biggest things I look for are handling, decent power, reliability, useability/utility, and quality interior materials.

So this is a retroactive poll? What should have you done 4 years ago?

I say you should have bought a CL type S.

I can't edit my poll or post, or delete. But I forgot to add Prelude-SH and WRX. I don't recall, but were the Integra Type-R all marked up at dealerships when they were brand new? Sort of what they are doing now with the Civic SIs, where there was very little supply and very high demand.

Yeah, the type R was marked up.

Whats the point of this poll though, just to make yourself angry about what you should have done?

CL. I would've avoided the integra at all costs, I know way too many people who've had theirs stolen. It's kinda scary.

~$26k, if I recall the sticker correctly. They currently run around $18k here in central NJ...when you can find them.

The CL-S is all over the used car market here. LINK

i would say to that he would be paranoid of driving due to an exploding transmission.

I would say the ITR, but I don't know how bad theft issues in boston are.

Investment wise Type R since the resale is great but then again it might've gotten stolen. If you got the CL-S, you'd probably be on your 3rd tranny and making this same post.
