I guess I'm getting old, but what's the deal with teenagers saying they're going to buy $60K cars?

370Z, Genesis Coupe, '11 Stang GT, Camaro SS - what's wrong with these? I would have sh!t a brick in my pants if I had one of these at 19...

Makes no sense to me why teenagers would drop that kind of money on cars. Well, I'm sure it's b/c they think it's cool... but what are you going to do... Pickup a hot chick who loves your car and bring her back to your bedroom in your parent's house? Or worse, have to keep the door open b/c your parents don't let you have girls upstairs with the door shut? If buying is not an option, at least get a bachelor pad apartment or something before dropping that kind of coin or getting into that much debt at 19...

How can you say it is ugly? It may not be the most gorgeous car out there -- but neither the M3 or the S5 are as well....

I am not sure what Audi was thinking, but I'm pretty sure they pulled a page straight out of Honda's book when they designed the new S5. This thing is less exciting looking than an Accord coupe. Audi usually does such a better job of designing stunning cars.

For $70k, CTS-V.

S5. Still got great lines and can be made uber-sexy very easily. I agree the pre-refresh was sexier... but it's still a head turner.

Either way, he can't go wrong.

You may or may not like the wheels but clearly the S5 is a totally different car with more aggressive wheels. Plus the dark metallic colors really make a difference.

That helps a lot. The front looks great as most Audis do, but the profile and rear end are very plain for the aggressiveness of the car.

That look is why I'm not buying a used 2010 right now. I'm replacing my DD and getting a B8.5 in a couple of years when I finish grad school. I love the facelifted S5.

2008 to 2012 was the old style with the 4.2L V8.

2013 was the refresh and the 3.0T V6.

Sparkling Graphite M3. This was only available in 2008 unfortunately. I wish they would bring it back because I love the color.

Almost any car can look dramatically aggressive with the right wheel/suspension choice I think the S5 is less aggressive, but more elegant than the M3.

Looks-wise: S5>335 coupe> M3

You own an r8?!?!

Why the hell would anyone suggest you an EVO or STI.

Of the choices you asked, I voted for the M3 as a beater
