On another note; this little lady has been getting some road time. It averages 31mpg doing 70 at just under 2k; pretty bad ass. I don't doubt this thing can do 450 to 500 mi on a fuel tank @teh CL
Well that's not bad at all. Maybe I need start looking into the gas models as well. Unfortunately I missed out of the one I was eyeing & nothing else has caught my eye since WITH air suspension..

Update
I've thoroughly been enjoying this thing the past few weeks and logging some countryside miles
Of course, its a completely different animal in comparison to the S; but, you don't drive it to go fast.
Suspension is the bees knees on auto as it adjusts depending on speed and angle of the vehicle; you never feel a thing.
Be it hwy, mountain incline, and or decline, the 8AT is on point as it always knows where to be.
Solid, solid, solid piece of German engineering.
And yes, no issues....yet.

How is the S5 treating you?
I can't remember if you posted any of the post-purchase work you had done. I want a coupe again and I don't think I can convince the Mrs. to let me spend $50K on a Supra so the V8 S5 has been a long time favorite.
You must be over 100k miles at this point. You haven't had to do control arms or anything like that?

I can chime in cause we keep in touch but I'll let him.
He's super happy and has had no issues in the 45K he's put on it.
His commute is cut short and less scenic now and he's done a few
little upgrades but I don't want to steal his thunder so I'll let him chime
in when he wakes up.

So far, so good at 97k.
Completed the 100k service a few weeks back at the Audi dealer; came back with a clean bill of health.
As J mentioned, I've driven over 40k miles in 12 months with zero issues.
Only mods:
- 15/20mm spacers
- RS Grille
- B8.5 Flat bottom steering wheel
Coming soon:
- RSNav S2 10.25" Head unit
As this is a very clean example of an unmodded, one owner, low mileage car prior to purchase; the B8/8.5 platform itself is probably the most reliable of all the lines.
I thoroughly enjoy driving it... puts a smile on my face every time I fire her up.
If you're strongly considering it, I stand behind the recommendation.

Update
Got around to installing the new head unit.
The install wasn't as straight forward / plug & play as originally marketed; but, I made it work several hours later.
For an '09, the new steering wheel & updated tech gives it a completely different feel. Love it!
My cabin refresh is now complete.
