RX8 or RSX-S or WRX STI?
What do you guys think?
STI is obviously the fastest, RX8 is the nicest, and the RSX-S is a happy medium. What do you guys think?

Mazda3 and Honda Civic in
I bought an RSX-S, I wanted a WRX though but I knew it would be a money pit. TOO MANY things I would want to do to the car. If I could have gotten an STi I would have. Thats my opinion.

G35 is still the sweetest car and can be modded well, even if you didn't list it. RX 8 looks amazing on the road with an aftermarket kit and wheels would be even more so, but that engine is a gamble. STI would be the choice, but depends on if you want to floss or apprectiate the performance... rsx doesn't compete and is too common compared to the others.

RSX-S, out.
RX-8, it's a clingy woman of a car... you might like to picture yourself in it, but too much effort required plus it'll cost you more to maintain.
STi, only one left on your list. Great car; I've heard all about em from a Subaru specialist friend of mine =)
If I was dropping that much, most likely a G35, maybe a used M3 or something. Or even the new TL, for that matter.

I wouldn't count the RX8 out until you drive it. Just because it's not built for straight line power doesn't mean it's bad.
If the STi is a choice, why isn't the EVO?
from the choices you mentioned, black STi, remove rear wing for a smaller one, add chip and turbo back exhuast = 370 hp 400 ft lbs and a big

RX8 - Its a ford now, and it wasnt reliable before
RSX-S - Yes it has power, but it wont slam you back in your seat like the STi. Fuji Heavy (Subaru) all the way.

Hold out!!! Maybe the the RSX Type R will be imported stateside; I'd get that over the RX8 or STi anyday:
See link: http://www.honda.co.jp/auto-lineup/integra_r/ With the STi and EVO stateside, it HAS TO BE only a matter of time.
Afterwards if you feel the need to mod, you can always boost the RSX courtesy of Cybernation (http://www.cybernationmotorsports.com/home.php). With a K20ATR motore modded that way, it'll give the STi a run for the money.

you guys dont mind the lack of lux of the STI?
I dunno coming from a Acura i would think you need all the toys that came with the car. STI hardly ha a radio :o
But for pure sports then hands down the STI wins.

STI all the way, i love turbo 4 bangers that compete with the big boys. Also dont sleep on the evo. It actually is responding to mods much better from what i am reading and it looks awesome.
