I think the UPS store rapes people...I did the advan with tires in boxes for $157 insured and all to Illinois, 4 boxes.
He ate half the increase and included locking lugs too...no worries from me.

He's a super nice guy...he sent me pics of them on his SS...they're gonna look great.
Thanks again J...I really appreciate it. I didn't have the wherewithal to really dig in and find a good deal right now and I needed to figure this out ASAP because the PSS are bald on the back.

New SS looks great.. those wheels look good on his ride, but not the right color.. they should pop on the Vagon.

Maybe that means Pirelli's go on sale soon!

I remember those tires. I heard that you couldn't just go buy a set for your own car, you had to find someone else and they'd buy a set and install them on your car. And they you'd buy a set to put on their car. Then some big dude from a skeezy bar would do burnouts in both of your cars so you can watch the tire smoke.

You might be on to something. I would always ship my wheels myself. I would package them up and do the UPS payment from their site and just drop them off at a location. They might now be charging a markup in the stores. I shipped something small from the store the other day and and I figured it would be $7-8 and it was $11. Last time I go to the store to do it.

The darker picture makes them look close to your current color even.

I've found this to be the case for UPS AND Fedex as well..

depends on my next living situation...if I have no storage, then maybe...
I'll buy 2 new rear tires and have it welded with time to spare and sell the set.
Could probably still get 1000 for them with new rear rubber.

although with something as rare as the wagon, potential buyer's will likely want the oem wheels with the sale.

Dang. I didn't know they had a rooftop box that contoured to the Vagons' roof so well.

That looks sick AF!

Come on just get a roof basket instead. It doesn't need to be aero. You trying to get better gas mileage or something? It is a V afterall
