A realistic upgrade path for me is a 2G Sedan 6MT.

See you really are trying to get back in a Vagon. Come on now get one while we all still have ours and join the club so we can have a Vzine meet.

I don't think a new one would drive up the price of the 2G Vagon. At that point, if a new one was released, the 2G Vagon would be less of a unicorn since a bigger, badder machine would replace it...

Only think I didn't like about the Vagon was the drive. I think J touched on it earlier, but it has that larger feel.. and I love the tight handling of the AMG. Loved the look and functionality of the Vagon, but not sure about getting another one.

I agree I don't want to do coils cause I know if I do them this time around I am going to want to go with KW3 over the BC Racing option which is what I had on the F and they are so much.

Air is getting pretty affordable too...![Whistle](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/whistle.gif)
So...in the fear of the rear one wheel getting powder and it not matching and not wanting to deal with dismounting etc right now...
I opted to clean up the major curbage using a dremel and some 800 grit...
Polished lip looks damn good...
Fkng moron that I am I didn't check if the touch up paint was still good before stripping away![Tomato](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/tomato.gif)

took me about an hour...last time I did it I just slapped the paint on to hide the damage and it hid it well except or the ridges and scratches underneath. I thin this will make it look good enough.

Wow the HLS setups are actually hydrollic and not air. That is pretty cool but the prices are crazy. Will coils and a universal HLS2 front only system you are looking at $5800-6000 for the suspension. Maybe BC Racing doesn't sound so bad. You can do BC Racing will a full air cup system that does the same thing along with a set of the KW Magneride delete plugs for $2500. Also there was a guy on the forum that posted you can build your own Magneride delete plugs for about $20 parts. If you do that you can do front air cups and full coils for $2000. Now that is actually fairly tempting. Then I wouldn't have to worry about my carbon front lip at all.

Nice touch-up work on the wheel.
lol, I thought I was the only one who needed a constant wind velocity device directed on me and/or the work area whilst working in nearly 100% humidity. Otherwise, the result is a thorough sweat drenching in no time irregardless of the presence of shade.

You guys are such fucking ballers...
gone are the days of $2000 to $6000 mods for me.
Even then, I could probably only stomach spending that if I were getting an entire project car.
![Tomato](https://acurazine.com/forums/images/smilies/tomato.gif)
and alas...the car payment is starting to annoy me...
Soooo...
We shall see.

bro with this renovation, i've been writing $5k, $7k, $10k checks weekly... (i'm not bragging)... i'm just saying, the wife gets what she wants in the house, eventually when/if i write a check for $2k-$6k for the car, i don't want to hear any complaints...
hmmm but even if you get rid of the car will you still have a note to worry about??? i'm also getting the itch... two weeks ago my buddy was able to buy back his first car from the guy he sold it to 8 yrs ago... after watching the latest MCM episode, they did a 10 second sleeper on a JDM Cresta... my first car was a Cressida and i always wanted to either do a 2JZ or LS swap on one... problem is finding a clean one...

I'm with you...
honestly, I've strongly considered a MDX, 08 to 11...something like that...and sell wagon and take the equity and some cash and have no note.
Plus, it seats 7 and gets decent mileage.
I'm serious about that...I kinda just have a different perspective and my financial monthly expenditures vs single income are not making me that happy.
Or loose both cars and buy an Audi S4 outright...but I think I'd regret the maintenance on that.
Just thinking out loud...dumbrockstarring, if you will.
