Wow that tag light is bright as fck.

 

LOL... It is...doesn't help I use long exposure. It's actually one of those 18 led boards I wired up and double sided taped in there. I guess if I wanted to tone it down, I'd probably drop back to a regular halogen bulb.

IMO, the S2K and Miata/MX-5 aren't even comparable.

Maybe spec wise, but after riding in the S2000 and feeling it, I don't think a Miata would even compare to the feel, and I've never heard a Miata being called a "driver's car". The S2000 is a collectible.

 

but I'm biased.

I have hard that the miata, with a little power, will dog an S on the track. Supposedly, handling is on point.

I took a BMW friend for his first ride in the S the other day. When I first got the car, he jokingly said that he would buy one for his wife. After he rode in it, he wanted one for himself!

I tell people the S2K was Hondas Corvette!

Miata is absolutely a driver's car. It's something you have to drive to really appreciate though. And stock for stock, it won't hold a candle to the S2000, and its excitement.


Car is of course looking gorgeous as always, J. I'm envious of your multiple sets of wheels!

 

Headlights in place of a license plate light. YES!

 

Had a S2k next to me for a while the other day with these wheels. I think they would look great on your car, especially in a lighter gunmetal color.

 

They remind me of Toyota's wheels...the Camry?

 

Both cars look sick. Way to keep both cars very clean with mods.

MAS, those are the AP2V3's...they came on the CR's IIRC (Club Racer). I think they are likely a little lighter but I kinda don't like their simplicity although they are popular. In addition, they are in demand so they demand a pretty penny!
