Rice or Vice? You decide!

Well as a fellow CL owner, it always seems that any Honda/Acura coupe will catch your eye. As I was heading out of downtown Cleveland last week I spot a black Late 90's V-6 Honda Accord Coupe ahead of me on I-71 south. As a I catch up to him, I see that the car looks totally stock until I see the blue Police light on his roof! WTF?! I Say, is this a joke? Normal Ohio plates and the kid driving looked to be around 25 yo or so. I just snapped the pic and figured I would let you all decide if this is Rice or Vice...my vote is VRice, I just can't figure it out can you?

not sure in other states but in CT --- blue lights are courtesy lights (if they are flashing, it is the operators choice if they want to pull to the side to let the other vehicle pass... the vehicle with the lights must still obey speed limits and rules of the road), you still need a permit to run them, but it could be the driver is any form of public employee... police, fire, EMT, etc...

I used to be 5-O. In Maryland, police have white and blue lights or red and blue lights. If they flash, you pull over. No courtesy there!

....can't think of a better GOPer to respond....particularly given his credential, accomplishments and relative popularity on both sides of the aisle in La.
