I'm thinking about getting used FX35. has around 19000 miles on it.

Emission/Safety Inspection: Emission/Safety Inspection Record(s) Found
Fire Damage Incident : No Fire Damage Incident Record Found
Lease : Lease Record(s) Found
Lien : Lien Record(s) Found

If car has Lien Record what does that supposed to mean? Is it bad?

If car has gone through an emission inspection, is it bad?

If Auto Check says "This car has leased record" is it bad?

Help me out people!~
Everything else seems fine but these are the only problems that show on autochecker.

 

All of those things are par for the course for a leased vehicle and none of them are bad unless there's more detail, like the emission/safety inspection failed.
Lien record I assume means the car had lien - of course for a leased vehicle.

 

Many states require emissions inspections for all cars, and I think that it just means that the car was given one.
