I got a ticket a few months ago for tint, if you ask me it was total BS i was parked and wasn't even in the car. Anyways, i got pulled over last weekend for speeding and a warning for my tint. So what happens now? Can i get another ticket for having be cited for tint and then later warned?

 

If you don't fix the tint you can and will get more fix-it tickets.

As for the warning - I don't think they can upgrade that, but they can pull you over again to give you another fix-it ticket.
