WTF Ford?

Don't get your panties all bunched up guys, this nor any of the other pics floating around are production vehicles. There are a number of test cars that Ford has shown and this is one. Hai Thai-Tang has stated that the look of the GT500 isn't set in stone just yet, nor is the hp rating.

While the C4S (awd) might be popular with some because of the awd feature, the C2S is the rarer of the two. These cars command high prices even tho that are almost 10 years old.
I think the newer(2003-2005) M45's are going to be a hot item in a few years also...they are very hard to find now...let alone in a few years time.

Personal preference. And yes, live rear axles are much better on a drag strip then IRS setups. And Ford's new Mustangs have perhaps the best live rears ever offered in a solid axle car. Good for them, I say.
Personally , I think the new Mustangs are dynamite and I hope Ford sells a boat load of them (which they will). If I were currently in the market for a car, the Mustang would be a VERY strong contender for my money.

The Mustang has not received any ill comments in regards to the new rear live axle set up in the current car, and I expect the upcoming Shelby won't either.

Don't think that color scheme is the greatest.
I was looking for a better pic of the car, but all I found was way better looking older stangs.
I guess in reality the great part about the gt500 now is the bang per buck, some more pics...

yes, but are you gonna throw 40K down on a stock car to "drag race"? Hell fucking no. You'll buy a GT, throw another 10K into it and have a much quicker car.
