I had a Cobb tune on my Ecoboost Mustang and really only felt comfortable getting to about 360-370hp with the tune on stock components.

I'm wondering if people are expecting 400+ with new intercoolers, etc and not getting it.

It's too bad the RS is having issues, I love the idea of the car.

^ Boggles my co-worker's mind that I'd have an RS for a daily. His usual response is something to the extent of "But it's still just a Focus"

Oh damn.. I didn't know.
Yeah the marketing vids "drift mode" or whatever were fun to watch.
I wouldn't even mod it.. seems fun enough.

He just doesn't get the practical sports car thing. Doesn't consider the ST/RS to fit in that group.

He's a truck guy, so it wouldn't even be on his radar.

I have to admit the mudflaps have me a little worried.

The OEM mud flaps look a lot better than the aftermarket sets. I had some damage on the Focus ST from running spacers and no mud flaps. I want to make sure that doesn't happen on this car and these are the best looking option.

Here's a pic of the damage on the ST. The tires must have kicked something up and caused this damage.

Got everything installed two days ago. I couldn't be happier with the drop! I'm at a finger gap in the front and a tight finger gap in the rear. I imagine they will settle a little more over the next couple of weeks and hopefully even out.

Wow, that looks really good! It's insane what just a small drop and spacers can do for almost any car. Looks real good!

Thanks! Ever since I had the white TL, I've had a hard on for white cars.

Thanks, Jeremy. I have zero regrets getting the DSG. It's so quick and efficient. There is no boost lost between gears so it has a constant pull when you're getting on it. You'll have to drive my car sometime.

I'd love to, man...
I'd let you drive mine too.
Barely any boost lost between gears either!

This.

Though the feeling of those clutches swapping in race mode is breathtaking. I drove the M3 with the DCT in the harshest setting at it felt like getting kicked by a horse when the gears changed.

You couldddddd get a new-er car with all the money you've been putting into the S4. Sell S4 and Fit.....

But then you will have car payments, and car payments suck!
