Potential Car Purchase- EVO (need advice)
What do you think of this evo:

My brother-in-law is considering it. I don't claim to be an evo expert, but he says it's a good deal for the work done. Looks like it needs some small bodywork, and he would get different wheels.. what do you guys think?

Evos =
from a superficial sense.
Great performance if you are looking for a project car, but I hear it's a shitty daily commuter.
Offer 22K (as above) as see what happens.

see, I think the opposite, i'd much rather buy one from a tuner because most of them take good care of their own cars

It looks like their race car and they may have stripped it? http://www.buschurracing.com/racing-evors.htm If it is, the second paragraph says "totalled" and I would stay far away.
