Possible alignment issue, any help is appreciated.

i have a fairly strange problem with my currrent Daily.

its a 2003 Accord Coupe as show in the avatar.

i've recently had the car alligned (twice at 2 seperate shops)
my tires dont seem to be wearing unevenly which is the most important issue for me.

what is bugging me is that the car continues to pull noticeably to the right. when releasing the steering wheel, the car will stray from the road in a few seconds time.

both places assured me that the car's toe is within specs. this doesnt make much sense to me considering how assertive the car is in yanking itself off the road.

what other issues should i be checking that could be causing this?

things i looked into were...

-tire pressure
-suspension height right-left (coilovers)
-wheel/tire balancing
-break pad rubbing/seizing

thanks in advance.

How was front camber (IIRC that is adjustable on your Accord) and rear toe in/out?

Swap your front tires left to right. If the car still pulls right it's the car if the pull follows the tire & pulls left, it's a bad tire or rim.

a sticky caliper pin can also cause it to pull to one side!

edit: i thought you meant the rear..
front was marginally off.

i'll have to find my spec sheet from the first shop, (2nd shop told me after the work was done that they dont provide them)

he said the front toe was out of whack, but was fixed. the car continues to pull though.

this would be a good guess as the wheel/tires are both brand new. but the problem was present even before these were mounted.

car pulled something beast like with the stock wheels/tires as well.

I have the same issue. I had no problem after I got the set of new tires 13k miles ago - car drove straight as an arrow. After my 2nd rotation is when I noticed it pulling to the right. I got an alignment and also made sure the tire pressure is even all around but it still noticeably pulls to the right. The last time I go the tires rotated they said it was uneven tire wear.

My guess is the fact that they are Conti DWS'

Interested to find out if you figured it out...

If you can't figure it out a cheap trick til you can find the issue is to put a little bit more air in the tires in the side that pulls. As long as you don't go extreme its still safe. Like 30 psi left and 32-33 right, should help.

have you had the problem since you put the coilovers?

Have you checked to see of your axles are not bent? Older fwd cars are notorious for axle issues.
