I drove my first 911 yesterday and I am in love. It was my friend modded 996 Twin Turbo and it was amazing. The steering feel is pure bliss and well as acceleration. I punched it in 2nd gear and was thinking to myself that this thing isn't very fast. That was low in the rpm range and when the rpms reached ~3K the car exploded. Amazing machine and I hope one day I can afford one.

this car is stright bad ass.
I know we have a lot of Z06 fans on this board however If I was ever to buy a high dollar sports car I'd SERIOUSLY concider a GT3. the sound of a Porshe motor is of imitated but never duplicated.
the exhaust sound on a 911 is just unreal.

Today, on US285 i saw three matte black 997 GT3s most likely doing high altitude testing. All three had black rims as well, and the hum of the engine was beautiful. Sorry no pics, I stared them down till I couldent see them anymore.
