Porche (sic) Foreign Auto
They are a scrap yard and specialize in foreign cars. They are the place for parts while trying to restore a rare car, so everything there is mainly scrap.

The comment I found interesting is the owner bought the car after Pebble Beach in 1978, so he knew what he had back then. He died in 2001 and his two sons took over the scrap yard. Rudi Klein seemed to have the money and new a lot about cars, so not sure of the current condition of the 500K or why he didn't keep it in the best condition.
"Porche Foreign Auto was started in 1967 by a German butcher named Rudi Klein, who bought the Caracciola 500K after it was shown at Pebble in 1978. He took it to a Mercedes show in Newport Beach in 1980, and when it wouldn't start he loaded it on a trailer and took it home. It hasn't been seen since, outside of the parts yard."
