if it really did give +90hp with better gas mileage, every single american would've bought them already and the seller wouldn't be selling it on ebay.

It works, I did it to my car and it pulls much harder. My MPG has gone up from 23 mpg to 31 mpg.

Oh and if you have a FWD car, it will transform it to RWD or AWD, depending on what you want. I say go for it.

I put in 15 of them. Now Veyron owners run and hide when they see me in my car.

Maybe you haven't taken Ebay 101.

1) Don't believe everything you read
2) People lie
3) People from Nigeria are not interested in the shit you sell
4) Just cause it's on ebay doesn't mean it's cheap

Oh and the list goes on and on.

NO.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is, and this DEFINITELY falls into that category.
Most of the no-name "performance" add-ons on Ebay are completely worthless.
And if you find something in the future called the Turbonator, that's shit too...

Well, Honda 'Type R' stickers are good for about 100hp and will not void the factory warranty.

Hmmm....let's see:

1. What kind of chip?
2. What kind of car?
3. What engine in that car?
4. Where is the poll so I can vote?

Wait a minute, nevermind. It won't work.

Remember everybody, friends don't let friends type drunk.

Tough crowd! Don't take it personal Jban, we're just disgusted with the kind of scumbags that sell this crap, and disappointed that people fall for it.

Search around on the site. You will find that everything that can be done to these cars has been, and there are no magic bullets that haven't already been discovered.

If it sounds too good to be true - it probably is.

WOW!! you people are the most POLITE and HONEST Club Buddy's I ever had. Thank you for the responce, I get it! And being 23 year old CURIOUS guy like me has nothing to do with this. I thought this club is all about SHARING INFORMATION, not IM SMARTER THAN A FIFTH GRADER.... It should have been a simple question, with a simple answer yet you just have to make yourself feel better by insulting other people.... I wonder what it feels like to make other people feel miserable as i do....? THANK YOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO F**kin MUCH!

Sooo... now you know man. Just make sure you search next time! This community is willing to help and answer questions unless the answer has been discussed time and time again. Did you try and search for performance enhancing chip?

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...rformance+chip

https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...rformance+chip

I found these two just on the first page after searching "performance chip" in the car talk section.

More research will show you that these ebay performance chips are NOT the way to go for some added HP.

If you wanna play, you gotta pay.

Fact of the matter is, this is just like EVERY other car forum out there...someone asks an innocent question that is obvious to most us, and some feel the need to make the noob look like a retard. The best thing to do in this situation is just ignore the assholes (which most of us are) and move along. That's just my

Oh, and welcome to A-zine.

Oh and I'm guessing it's a chip for an Acura, in which case no, there's no way it's going to give you anywhere close to 90 hp

Holy $hit!, I just installed one of these chips and it made my TL all wheel drive! The advertising didn't mention that benefit. I would've happily paid an extra $5 or 10 for it. Oh well......seller's loss.
