Pics new Lotus

Not mine, but saw it outside my house today.

Its very very tiny and has alot of exposing parts. The wheel lock pattern was pretty cool, and checkout the rear diffusers.

The lotus and elise badge was merly a sticker

Nice. I Lotus.

It sucks that someone already debadged the hood for him.

Why own that sweet of a car if you cannot garage it? IMHO

I got ride in one at my last autoX event.

Car looks 100x better in person (it already looks good in pics)

And this is the best ride ive had in a car on a course. And ive ridden in GT3s, vettes, evos, sti, modded this and that.

Its one hell of a car.

Its actually pretty comfy.

Lotus by nature set their cars up with a "softer" suspension. If I had 40gs to drop, id sure as shit get one.

I was referring to this de-badge. There obviously is something missing here and promo and actual production pictures show the Lotus logo badge here.

The guy either took it off himself, or some thief helped himself to it...

I got to drive the demo that my dealer had. It is absolutley the most fun that I have ever had in a car-and we had to stay under 4k rpm's!!!!!!! I am number 72 on the list in Austin, so it will take me some time to get it-but damn, that thing is absolutley insane!!!!

You'd be surprised, I am 6'1" and weigh about 240 lbs. I have a rather long torso and legs, and I squeze in there. You cannot wear shoes or you will hit the brake when you go for the gas or clutch. It was a little bit of a squeze for me, and one hel of a cortonianist act to get in!!!, but well worth it once you drive that beast.

I had the opportunity to drive it on one of my favorite roads here in Austin that has a couple of nice moderate "s" turns. I can take these turns in my lowered TL at about 65-70 and am pushing it a little, but can go faster. When I was in the Elise, I was going 80 and was not even getting close to the limit!!!!!!

Oh, and this car is a go -cart. It has great suspension, but is not anywhere near plush. You WILL feel the road and all of the imperfections-and this is just with the stock suspension, I cannot imagine what the sport suspension would be like.

Oh OK maybe its a bit bigger then i think.

Have you sat in a Audi TT yet? Thats was i was basing my comment off of. Sitting in one of those at the auto show was a tight squeeze. No way I could drive the TT.
