Pics of my car during show - Also stolen image advice
My 4th Mother's Day car show in a row. This time we had the best time since my younger PT buddies kept us busy. One has a car that is starting to look like my PT's brother. I won 2nd place Performance...it was a point difference between me and an aftermarket Supercharged PT
My buddies flat black, bagged PT (I like everything except the green)
Heres the stolen image issue. I saw this package for these chrome headlight rings (poorly) added to a pic of my car
Original Image
Package:
Im not sure whether to be flattered or upset

Car looks good.
And you should be flattered that a picture of your car was so good, somebody used it in their advertisement. I would say leave it at that, because even if you contacted them about it, there's no real effective way to prove that it was indeed YOUR car.

Big Block go VROOOM!
They have no right to use your image without your permission. Especially for commercial purposes like this. But since it sounds like you're not terribly upset about it, you could probably just demand that they give you credit and/or compensate you with a few goodies from their company.
If you're not bothered by the idea of them continuing to use this particular image after you've been credited/compensated, then there's one last thing you might want to consider. Get an apology/acknowledgement for the unauthorized image use in writing. It sounds trivial if they've already agreed to credit/compensate you, but a written history may deter them from swiping more of your images or someone else's.

Im on the fence though about that flat black PT, I kinda like it but I kinda dont...
And that stolen pic, Id just let it be, and maybe ask for a free set only because they never asked you first...
All in all, very nice...

I even offered to put that crap on just so I can take a legitimate picture of their product on a headlight for them
Edit: And you should have seen the double take. I was walking through the show, and passed by the box. I was like "Sweet PT...Hey!!."

'Big Daddy Diggler'
Wingrider used a picture of my old TL's rear end on the cover of their catalog for 2 years straight. I didnt mind, when i mentioned it, they offered me 30% off any spoiler i wanted for my next car.
