Miami is crazy.

My brother lived in a shitty part of Miami for about 2 years, yet next door to his apartment complex was a Ferrari dealer

They were only open a few days a month too. My brother asked them why, they said they do most sales by appointment only, and despite being "closed" a majority of the month, still make enough money to pay their full time employees
