P1336 RPM Fluc sensor?? Anyone have tips?

I replaced the coolant sensor because one of the error codes was that. So that didnt take off the light, so I am throwing p1336/p1337 (auto zone) I don't have the $ to throw at a mechanic. So I narrowed it down to the RPM Fluc sensor supposedly. So heres my problem.....

In the morning it idles at 1500-1700 rpm then after driving for 20 - 30 mins it goes down to 1000rpm. Then it runs fine. Of course I want to get this fixed. I described this to my mechanic and he said hes never heard of an RPM Fluc sensor... im like wtf. He has always fixed our cars properly but wtf! lol. So I am lost. The coolant seems to be good and I don't notice and air leakage. Any ideas?

The other problem I have is below.

The belt starts to squeal(not sure which one, I think its the alternator belt lol) when it gets to too low of an rpm and my system (sound system) kicks on(the amp) it starts to squeal and I have to rev it to get it going again.

It's obviously your flux capacitor that has failed.

Those codes are for a cranckshaft position/speed sensor. Sounds like the sensor isnt reading crankshaft position correctly.
