they do work, you just have to be smarter. If you're going to put expensive wheels on, go ahead and buy 3 or 4 sets of locks, it may be a pain in the ass, but it'll save your wheels.

i had some cheapy rims on my old civic... and these ricers tried to steal them twice...
they didnt get them, but they scratched the shyt out of them...
the car was never harmed however.....
