i see stupidity like that every day on the hwy. It really pisses me off and really makes me wonder what is really going thru peoples heads. They are driving slower and holding up traffic, get pissed that you or someone else is riding too close behind them, BUT yet get pissed at you for passing them.

Since we are on the topic of stupid drivers heres another item that pisses me off. Sometimes its cool because I am not in a rush but I can't stand people who leave huge space between them and the other car when they are blocking a turning lane. It happens with right turns as well.

I have been in circumstances like that with my Murano where I just clip the median (if flat enough) usually to receive the bird sign to which I generally at them.

I try not crowd the passee prior to my passing. I hang back and wait for stretch with good sight-lines and lots of room, then accelerate briskly (iow - down shift and floor it). By the time I'm even with 'em, I'm doing like 80.

i dont really do it much but have in the past when someone is going abnormally slow on an empty stretch.




however, i think its funny when im going like 5-10 over and someone tries to take me over like that...that's when i speed up for <i>that</i> asshole
