I am looking into purchasing an intake for my car and I am leaning toward the Short Ram Dragon by Weapon R. Anyone have any opinions on it??? Or on what intake to buy? Thanks!!

 

The thing is called the Weapon R Dragon intake.

It's playing off the prominence of the Integra Type R with the import scene. They're using Weapon to make it sound cool, and the word Dragon to appeal to the mass of asian ricers which makes up a lot of the import scene.

Arn't these the ones that are sold on ebay for like $75?

 

They go for about $100 on eBay. Or $150 on retail web sites. I like the look of them and I really want a short ram intake. Are there any better short ram intakes out there?

 

I had one. Car hummed like nothing else. Sounded good at WOT, other than that.........get an AEM. It's not worth the cheapness. I never had any problems other than sounding like a ricer.

 

maybe it hummed because of the filter? I think all intakes are pretty much the same except for the filter.
