Hello sir!! Thank you for the warm welcome.
Yes, I drove all 3 models back to back and knew I had to have one as soon as I drove it. It's so responsive and enthusiastic, it's uncharacteristic of previous Jaguars. Mine is a 380s with Performance Pack, Black and Design Pack, Vision, Climate and extended leather. I think the only thing missing is the upgraded 770W Meridian.

Holy crap Mark. Have not heard from you in a long. time. Things have changed!
That shot on the track is awesome! Bet it was a blast.
If I had to venture a guess, maintenance on the Scuderia was a little ridiculous? Though I even doubt that, your winter beater is nicer than most of our cars
you've probably been through as many cars in the same span as NJ SH-AWD!

See below!
The Scuderia I picked up from an acquaintance of mine that was selling it for a 458. Best car I have ever owned needless to say but I bought it at a time when I was putting in 65 hour work weeks. In my 10 months with the car I drove it maybe 8x. Than one of my customers offered me well and I mean way over than I paid for.
Long story short, I'd rather someone else enjoy it instead of it sitting. Now that I've got some free time I'm looking into a few models again

I see you have gotten bit by the track fever as well. That's all I do on weekends now!! I think I'll be gutting the M next season and fully prepping it.
TBH, I simply wasn't driving it enough, I didn't even have time to do a maintenance on it! But the newer ones with service included make an interesting case for sure. We shall see in the future.

And yes it's terrible when I think about it. But variety is the spice of life right?
Holy crap.... talk about blast from the past. Welcome back Mark!
Nice automotive history there. I think a lot of us have changed (especially in Car Talk), so you have some reading to do to catch up on everyone here as well
.
Glad to see you back on the forum. I'm very curious to hear your feedback about that Jag. My wife has had her eye on those (as well as an XK Sport for a daily), but we are still afraid of Jaguar reliability.

Wow things sure have picked up for you!
Great choices in cars all around, even passing along the F-car, as hard as that must have been. You and nspec are making me feel inspired!!

I will report back about the Jaguar. I pick it up on Saturday and we will see how it stands the test of time. Did you mean XF Sport? I don't think the XK has a preconfigured sport configuration.

We have a few different rides now ('10 Mercedes E350, '07 FJ Cruiser, '10 Jeep Wrangler, '02 Porsche 911 Cabrio). Only the Mercedes is 100% stock. Had some Audi's in the past few years as well. I know my wife loved her A6, so I'm thinking she's between a Panamera, XF Sport, and A6. Then when I say let's go do some test drives she says nah... I love my Mercedes... so who knows
Mark! I hope you've been doing great! You always have an impressive stable and the F-Type is an excellent choice! I sat in one at the Charlotte Auto Show and fell in love. Moar pictures
