Oil should be 4-4.5qts assuming the filter is changed, various brand filter's are different sizes. I also think on that year Accord the 2.3 is available as a Vtec and non-Vtec motor, typically the Vtec holds a touch more oil. No way to say how much brake fluid it would take, depends on brake wear, ie if the pads are worn and calipers pushed out further it will take more then if everything is new.

 

I will have to check my manual when I get home tonight.
