The Official WTF-Car of the Day Thread
But you are missing my points, which are
a) it has V badging, which implies it has a 556 hp engine when it only has a 3.6 DI
b) an uninformed customer (not everyone is a car guy) could be duped into thinking they have a real V even with though it is clearly stated on the window sticker what the car is
c) it makes enthusiasts upset.

its what Mercedes-Benz does. The "AMG" package is put on non-AMG caliber cars, like wheel with AMG badging, AMG body parts, etc. If you aren't fooled by that and buy it because you *think* it's a CTS-V you deserve being pointed and laughed at
but the difference is... MB DOES NOT put "AMG" emblems on a AMG sports packaged cars... Audi does something similar with the "S-Line" but yet... it doesn't say "S4". For a Cadillac dealership to do this is just wrong.
Passed by this one in a parking lot, didn't have time to take better pics, but I think this one is sufficient:

It's purple with pink and blue crap all over it, included custom painted hubcaps and blue tint on the headlights

When I was living in Northern Va. I was painting at this High end used car lot (BMW's, Merc's, Audi etc.) and they had a reg 911 with a GT2 body kit and badged. They were selling as a GT2. Even one of the mechanics was like these sales guys are going to get fucked because it IS NOT a GT2. Sure as shit they sold it used for $90k and a week later they go hit with a lawsuit. Some sale people are the scum of the earth.
I like both the Veedubs on this page and the dumped wibe body kit beetle a few pages back. I've seen one harlequin golf in my old town, in fact used to see it almost every day going to work.
Big fan of the VW scene. Coolest car people I ever met were at this event.

Then I drove around it. BAM! WTF...

Sigh. And yes those are either "vortex generators" or it picks up XM radio from Mars...

I went from
