I'm not defending his stupid ass, just wondering how some thought it would de-freeze on its own in 17-25 degree weather which is what we had those few days. Leaving it is not an option unless you want a 115 fee for everyday of alternate side parking. He was away from home not easy to find a water hose with hot water. I would have got in through the driver side that was free let the car run defrost on blast. Once the front windshield gets warm enough the ice falls off in chunks. Then would have taken it to the hand car wash I go to and blasted with hot water.
