I’ve seen this done a few times where they use expanding foam and sculpt it afterward.
Looks like it came out pretty good.

Honestly I don't even think it's an M3, looks like a regular 3-series with a different front bumper.

 

Yeah I linked it in my response but since this software doesn't distinguish links by color I guess it was missed.

 

It's definitely not an M5 and looking up specs on an e46.. it only came with manual or SMG auto.. and that's no SMG. So more than likely just some fucked up 3 series with a CSL bumper.

 

I think it's hilarious he wants $11k for a 2003 3-series with that shitty paint job and 80k miles ... That car isn't worth $3k.
