Actually, I think you've had a couple already. But, it's gotten to the point with the last few that we're clearly recycling pics now. Hence the deletion and my post to you guys...

Anyhow, this kinda reinforces what srika and I were advocating earlier to ease up a bit on the multi-posting of pics per day. Ease up a bit so that we can all appreciate the most recent contributions without getting barraged with pictures...that way, we don't "over-fish" the number of nice pictures out there and hence, reposting...

I actually prefer a car picture that has something going on in the background that compliments the car and/or is professionally shot with well placed lighting that accentuates the lines of the car, supercar or not.

I'll use a picture like this for example.

I think it is a nice photo that I'd set as a wallpaper because of the entire photo.

Pictures of supercars, and classics stir emotion in a car guy so that (I believe) is why the photography of those don't have to be great to be appreciated.

Pictures of supercars (or interesting cars) at car shows never really do it for me unless they are on a platform and no people are in the immediate background and no other cars are in the background.

For instance, here is a picture of an interesting car but would never be a wallpaper on my desktop.

True. I love the conventional scissor doors on the Lambos.

The Aventador is a downright gorgeous car but wouldn't look right with the doors from a Koenigsegg.
