anyone use la tint?? if so how much did you pay for your tint. i just want the legal limit.

 

hey man, PM me and I'll give you a phone number of someone who tints professionally at a shop in Laurel, and who tints on the side...

He tinted my car last week, and did an alright job. The tint on my right door could have been a bit closer to the edge, but the price was right!!

I know someone who also wants their car tinted, so maybe we could do a couple cars at once for a lower rate. He told me that his prices on the side would be very good, but haven't talked to him in person yet. If you are interested, I will give him a call to find out-

 

I forgot to add, he only tints with 35% and 20%. In VA, you probably could get away with 35% all around, even though I think 35% is technically illegal for the front sides.

He can also tint your windshield, but that is def. illegal. MisterMehoff has his windshield tinted at 35% and likes it-

 

I had my old car tinted 20% all the way around (except windshield), and I never once got any shit from any cops, and it was like that for five years. My CL has been tinted 20% all around (again, no windshield) since March and I haven't been harrassed or anything. You could definitely get away with 35% all around.

 

i think its 35 on the front side windows and 35 on the rear and 20 on none moving windows like the rear side windows.. and no windshield.. sand where did you get yours done at?

 

A place in Kensington, MD called National Glass. I watned mine illegal so I went to MD cause they don't ask questions if you have a VA registration. The legal limit in VA is 50% on the front driver and passenger windows, then 35% percent on anything else. If you want the number to the place and/or directions let me know. Btw the place did my CL, my old car, my GF's car, and a bunch of my friends/cousins cars, they do great work and they give lifetime guarantees.
