A few more additions. The bench is recovered, the tips are installed and the diff cover is finally done. I installed a new SS grill (just waiting for the new emblem) as well as a new horn button and a new chrome master cylinder cover.
I started tearing down the front end today to find that things aren't as bad as I had thought. Control arm bushings and ball joints are good. I may need to replace the tie rod ends, but they're not too bad. I am going to install front lowering springs. There were new springs and shocks all the way around, but it seems the previous owner used BB springs.
I also just ordered a new rear bumper and liscence plate / gas door. The old ones were rusting and took away from the look. I'll try to post pics of everything done soon.

It's been a while since posting. Traveling way too much and had little time to play. Here's a few pics of the changes...
The new seat cover installed in the pic below. I actually put a new Chevy horn button on the grant horn that was there but decided it needed something more.

I have a great classic wood wheel on the way to help finish off the interior

really couldn't tell ya, the weather has made it impossible to drive since november.
the paint is perfect, as is the body. Maybe a 9 out of 10?

OK, thanks. I knew they had a BB in the late 60's as I did some work on a Yenko Nova and a Yenko Chevelle for guys I knew. On the Chevelle, after I installed the new clutch assembly and scattershield and ds loop, the fellow took it out for a test drive and on one of the starts, the rear wrapped up so much it ripped the shock complete off its lower mounting.
