Oh, the irony . I can't believe they didn't list the grille under both the defensive systems and tactical package...I mean it can block bullets and probably withstand damage while ramming things. And at the 9-speed transmission.

 

i went last sunday. i wasnt impressed.

surprised they had a Veyron though. first time i had seen one in person.

 

Agree re: the Honda stand, and i'm going to add the Acura one was well. they need some wow vehicles in there.

My vote for the best cars/concepts:

-new Chrysler 300 - great looking in person, very poor man's Bentley meets Audi look, but I don't mind given the price point.

- Scion FR-S concept - hopefully the production model doesn't get diluted too much (my guess is the headlights will be marginally larger to acccomodate real lights and not LEDS). Perfect sized, hopefully perfectly priced when it comes out.

- Fiat 500 - cute little bugger. definitely a 2 seater only, the rear "seats" are a death trap - that's if you can even climb back there.

ups my bad i got confused there was Esprit Exige and Elise too many simillar names

 

They didn't have an Elise at the show. They said it was because of space constraints, no room to put it there..

The new A7 is really, really nice ... Pictures don't do it justice ... It's a great car except for the "midget punch to the testicles" price. $80k for a loaded 3.0T S-Line? Jeebus.

a couple guys by me have A7s...theyve been passing me by under the radar. i didnt notice they were a7s until recently. the front of the car really does look like every other audi.

 

no xenon headlights for that 1M

That's embarrassing that they aren't even projector headlights, let alone xenons. WTF.

 

 

Thanks for sharing! How did you like the Lotus Esprit? I think it is an abomination of the classic, chiseled Esprit, but I haven't seen the new one in the flesh.
