New Ride. 08 Mazda 3 Hatch

Needed a change and wanted to give Mazda a try. I heard alot of good things about the 3, I can see why. Plenty of pep for the city and 30 mpg still.

Color is called Phantom Blue, goes from a Blue to a Green depending on lighting

And yes I need to learn how to take better pics!!

Like those rims...
I was driving behind a Mazdaspeed 3 for a bit today and liked it.

That cannot be a public high school....

congrats on the hatch... that was definitely one of the cars on top of my list when I was shopping for a car... but none of the dealers had a Grand Touring in the phantom blue...

Looks great, I am currently considering this as well.....I'd be interested to hear what you get for MPG as it seems the real life mileage is all over the place for different people. If it can get ~30mpg on the highway like it's rated it would probably be at the top of my list but I've read it often gets much lower.

Congrats on the new car! That color reminds me a lot of my 95 240SX. It went from Blue to Green to Purple depending on angle/lighting. Very niiiiiiice!

Congrats! I test drove an '07 and really enjoyed it. It's definitely a nimble little car, and I loved the turning radius. I'd highly consider it for myself....I'm just nervous about the poor safety ratings, even moreso because it's a small car. Other than that, I'd probably be all over it.

Did the original reflash, clutch fix have not gone in for the emissions stuff. They are voluntary...no?

This was the only Phatnom Blue within several hundred miles, so I am not surprised you cant find one. For 08.5 models the discontinued the color
